Job Description:

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Commercial.

Key Responsibilities

Lead product development for commercial and business account opening and lending
Create and manage an Innovator Program for early adopters and feedback
Work closely with clients to understand needs and develop a product roadmap

Required Qualifications

5+ years in a FinTech or banking startup, preferably in B2B or lending
Experience in a heavily regulated industry (banking or financial services)
Proven product ownership as a lead or 0-1 product manager
Experience in product implementation and onboarding for complex products
Ability to recruit and motivate high-caliber individuals
