About the Role:The BUD will lead a Business Unit, driving financial and operational performance while nurturing key customer relationships. You'll oversee service delivery, P&L management, regulatory compliance, and business growth through both existing client development and new business acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the BU's operations and strategic direction, focusing on safety, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth.
• Develop business and sales plans in response to market trends.
• Maintain high client satisfaction through regular engagement and proactive relationship management.

  What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of experience in a leadership role within facilities management or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business, technical, or management disciplines.
  • Strong P&L management experience and advanced financial skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of making effective presentations and motivating teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
