Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all financial functions, including
accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Lead the financial strategy and execution to optimize plant
performance and profitability.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between
finance and operations.
- Manage the NetSuite ERP implementation, ensuring a smooth
transition and maximizing system capabilities.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company
assets and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide financial leadership on cost accounting, inventory
management, and margin analysis.
- Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership,
identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Drive process improvements and automation to enhance financial
efficiency.
- Lead and mentor a finance team, fostering a culture of
accountability and continuous learning.
