Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Project Manager. This hybrid role is with an insurance company in Milwaukee, WI. The contract duration is 9+ months and requires 3 days onsite per week and 2 days' work from home.

Compensation: Up to $57 per hour W2H

Responsibilities: Responsible for leading and managing complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope
Develop detailed project plans, coordinating with cross-functional teams, managing resources, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
Key responsibilities include defining project objectives, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, resolving issues, and meeting quality standards
Implement lessons learned and best practices to improve program management processes
Identify and engage with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
Facilitate regular communication and reporting with stakeholders, including status updates and risk management


Requirements: Ability to manage multiple complex projects and understand dependencies
Create and maintain project schedules.
Lead and facilitate meetings to gain consensus.
Risk and issue management


Preferred Experience: 8+ years of project/program management
PMP certification
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Project
