Over the last 19 years, Mobile Therapy Centers has evolved from a single therapist offering a single service to employing over 100 health professionals, who provide a multitude of high-quality customized therapeutic services (ABA Therapy, Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Behavioral Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Counseling) for children, teens, adults, and families.*Summary*We are seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our team at Mobile Therapy Centers of America. This role is a transitionary role intended for candidates in the process of becoming a BCBA. While working you'll gain clinical hours, and experience creating provides, conduct assessments, and other duties essential for future BCBAs. This position is essential for fostering positive outcomes for children and families in our community.*Responsibilities** Work under BCBA supervision to provide caregiver meetings, and overlaps.* Under BCBA supervision conduct assessments to determine client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.* Assist with monitoring client progress and adjust care strategies as necessary to achieve goals.* Assist with RBT coverage needs as needed.* Maintain client case load that grows as you move from Case Manager 1 to Case Manager 2 based off skills shown.* Conduct weekly meetings with the Director and Senior BCBA.* Serve as a liaison between clients, families, and service providers to ensure effective communication.* Demonstrate ability and willingness to work with all clients.* Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations..*Requirements** Must be enrolled in ABA program, or finished pursuing hours/license.* 2 years experience working with children and families in an ABA setting.* Understanding of behavioral health principles and practices.* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members.* Ability to learn how assess patient needs accurately and develop appropriate care plans.* Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is beneficial.If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental challenges, we invite you to apply today to join our dedicated team at Mobile Therapy Centers of America!Job Type: Full-timePay: $23.00 per hourBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Flexible schedule* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Tuition reimbursement* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to Friday* No weekendsApplication Question(s):* This role requires to have completed, or be currently enrolled in an ABA Master's program.
