Description:The Value Realization Office (VRO) is a centrally
managed, strategic capability partnering closely with business and
program leaders to create financial transparency and consistency in
how we identify, track, and realize value across the portfolio of
transformation programs.The Manager, VRO is a member of the team
that is dedicated to specific functional business cases. They are
responsible for managing the business case and the key
stakeholders. They are required to execute all required finance
activities such as the business case, accounting, ad-hoc financial
analysis, activity analysis / benchmarking, control & monitoring.
They will be required to work with and manage internal
cross-functional teams and external 3rd parties.Accountabilities &
Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial objectives throughout all areas of a program
- planning, budgeting, and executional oversight
- Manage through cross-functional teams to deliver results from
direct employees and indirect reporting relationships
- Ensure cross-functional alignment of goals and execution, and
help teams drive strategic partnerships
- Manage and drive the measurement, reporting and analysis of
business metrics and analytics
- Implement value realization process across the organization,
impacting all functions and business units
- Manage multiple business cases and programs at once across the
portfolio; responsible for knowledge of assets/tools/standards
implemented
- Partner closely with company leadership and ELT level
interaction
- Identify, develop and implement process improvements for timely
aggregation and impact reporting through performance metrics and
dashboards
- Work with multiple stakeholders to devise, measure and report
Key Performance Metrics (KPIs), construct a flexible business
model, and create reporting tools to measure value created for the
business
- Financial reconciliation and analysis
- Coordinate multiple deliverables and act as an ambassador
across teams to effectively streamline the strategic vision to
ensure execution
- Lead teams in weekly meetings to track progress and impact to
multiple business cases
- Guide and prepare the team for executive business reviews, and
all strategic planning cycles
- Ensure all planning and operation deadlines are met without
fail
- Present results of analyses directly to senior executives
through the creation and delivery of compelling and insightful

$112,860 - $143,900 per yearThe above represents the expected
salary range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining
your pay, we may also consider your experience, and other
job-related factors.Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 5+ years of relevant experience such as FP&A, Big 4, or
similar experience
- Previous people manager experience preferred
- Cross-functional expertise
- Strong leadership skills and a desire to work hard and lead
from the front
- Ability to recognize operational deficiencies through data, and
effectively translate/communicate model outcomes and value driven
opportunities to leadership
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a
superior ability to present to executives and communicate with
diverse stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of Excel and data modeling
- Ability to thrive in an unstructured, ambiguous
environmentPreferred skills:
- MBA, relevant Master's degree (business, accounting, finance)
or consulting experience strongly preferred
- Ability to jump from one planning and operations problem to the
next seamlessly
- Advanced financial acumen (comfortable with P&L statements
