Job Description:
A company is looking for a Mid-Market Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and
increased product adoption
Lead commercial conversations with existing customers around
contract renewals, expansions, and upgrades
Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders, including
directors and C-suite executives
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise SaaS account
management or a strategic sales role
Proven success managing complex sales cycles and larger deal sizes
($25K+ ACV)
Experience using CRM tools to manage customer interactions
(Hubspot, Salesforce, etc.)
A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
preferred
A continuous growth mindset, with a focus on learning and embracing
challenges
