Our patient population consists of many different diagnoses including brain injury, stroke, amputations, spinal cord injuries, neurological impairments, transplants, heart failure requiring left ventricular assist devices, cancer, some orthopedic conditions, as well as generalized weakness associated with prolonged hospitalization.We are a 45 bed CARF-accredited acute rehabilitation facility providing patient-centered care through an interdisciplinary team approach focusing on the medical and functional needs of the patient. The nursing staff works closely with each other collaborating with other disciplines to provide the best patient outcomes and patient satisfaction.   • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the team member practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA).Degrees
    • Completion of an accredited or approved program in Nursing.Required Functional Experience
      • Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
