Froedtert & Medical College of Wisconsin Vice Chair Clinical Operations General OBGYN Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology Health System Full Time BE or BC The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) and Froedtert Health seeks a dynamic physician leader with proven administrative skills to serve in a unique and new role leading the clinical operations of the general OB/GYN practice of MCW and Froedtert Physician Group. Candidates must have a minimum of five years of clinical experience, be Board Certified in OB/GYN, and eligible for medical licensure in Wisconsin. • You will be instrumental in advancing care delivery in existing and new ambulatory sites and provide leadership that will promote excellence, consistency, and safety in the operation of our programs.
• You will participate in leading, recruiting, and supporting collaborative relationships between care teams across the health system. The community-based providers include 40 physicians and 19 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who practice at 12 clinic sites.
• You will have 50% of your time dedicated to administrative leadership responsibilities, as well as 50% of your time dedicated to serving patients. Team
  In addition to the community-based provider, the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology has 35 faculty and 13 APPs who provide care in maternal fetal medicine, gynecologic oncology, reproductive endocrinology, urogynecology and pelvic reconstructive surgery, general OBGYN, and subspecialty gynecologic services such as pediatric and adolescent care, family planning, transgender care and minimally invasive surgery, in addition to mental health and genetic services. The Department also has a very active Research and Advanced Education Division and a strong clinical trials program in gynecologic oncology and maternal fetal medicine. The Department has an ACGME-accredited Residency (32 positions) and a fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine and Gynecologic Oncology.
