Serve as an integral part in the treatment journey of our patients as a Therapist.

As a Therapist at Rogers, you will have the unique opportunity to expand your clinical experience in a broad range of mental health areas and:

* Join a nationally recognized team of mental health experts and quickly grow your skills as a specialist in cognitive behavioral therapy. * Receive on-the-job training and supervision from Rogers clinical leadership. You can be finishing a graduate program, earning hours toward licensure. * Collaborate in a multidisciplinary, team-based environment to develop plans of care, including implementing goals and interventions. * Provide evidence-based treatment in individual, family, and group settings. * Make a lasting impact through positive treatment outcomes by supporting patients in rising above their challenges with mental illness and stigma. * Work in inpatient, residential, and partial hospitalization, or intensive outpatient clinics.

Required Experience:

* Master's Degree, MS/MSW, required/established completion date for MSW or related mental health field. Completion date must have prior approval from the manager of Social Services and Human Resources director. * A minimum of three (3) years experience in a similar capacity in a health care or related area. * An understanding and thorough knowledge of consultation, the community and its resources, dynamics of human growth and behavior, and intervention skills and techniques. * Ongoing education in the above areas. * Position may require COVID vaccination or medical/religious exemption based on future CMS mandate.
