This gorgeous 110 bed community is conveniently located on the campus of Elmbrook Memorial Hospital and offers long-term skilled nursing, rehabilitation, therapy, and memory care.Available Openings

• Full-time -- Day Shift - 6:30am-2:30pm
• Full-time - Evening Shift - 2:30pm-10:30pm

    • Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
    • Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
    • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
    • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
    • Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate. - What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
      • Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
      • BLS Provider preferred.Education:
        • High school diploma or GED preferred. Additional Preferences: No additional preferences.
