We Are Hiring:St. Francis Place, an Ascension Living community, is looking for caring and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join the team. This facility is a beautiful 77-bed skilled nursing community located on the campus of St. Francis Hospital. Our post-acute care services include rehabilitation, medical-surgical care, wound care, IV therapy and more. We also serve residents with chronic illnesses in need of an extended stay.

  • Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Assist patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.
  • Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.
  • Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.
  • Assure resident safety by identifying safety hazards and emergency situations and initiate corrective action as appropriate.What You Will Need:Licensure / Certification / Registration:
    • Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
    • BLS Provider preferred.Education:
