**Gastroenterology opportunity in Milwaukee, WI**
Service area of -1 million people

**Position Details:**
- Full-time, permanent
- Multi-specialty group comprised of 65 physicians, 6 of which are Gastroenterologists (2 do ERCP)
- 3 main offices
- 2 yr guarantee, then move to production-based pay structure on RVU basis (after 2 years, physician is expected to earn above 75th percentile - based on upper midwest MGMA figures)
- This is not an employed group
- Current call is 1:8. Call will be 1:9 once new physician is hired
- 32 hours/week of direct patient care - Can work as much as you'd like if desired
- The hired physician will work at a maximum of 2 locations within Milwaukee
- Partnership track of 2 years with no buy-in.
- Affiliated with 2 hospitals in Milwaukee area.
- Sign-on bonus offered
- Vacation time of 4 weeks, plus 2 weeks for CME.
