QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team at our Health Center with West Bend Mutual.
Schedule: 40 hours a week; No weekends or holidays!
Job Requirements:

• 
  
• Master's Degree level graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
  
• At least three years primary care practice experience required
  
• Experience with pediatric patients
