Position: RN Charge Nurse/Supervisor- 2nd Shift

Hours: 2:30-11 p.m., NO WEEKENDS

Responsibilities:

Be a leader as a Cedar Community Champion and accountable for the guidance and delivery of resident care and management of nursing units.

Provide needed support and assistance to the director of nursing in the day-to-day functions of nursing activities.

High-quality care is essential by ensuring adequate staffing for resident care needs.

Create a positive, calm environment for team members while assisting in the coordination of nursing services to ensure quality care.

Supervise registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, and certified nursing assistants while leading by example.

Stay on top of your game by following and maintaining all nursing procedures, policies, and guidelines.
