450+ physician multi-specialty group has a need for a Family Medicine provider just 30 minutes outside of Madison, WI. Join one of the largest, most established and reputable health systems in Wisconsin. Low cost of living, ample amenities and a high work / life balance makes this an opportunity to strongly consider.Salary up to $210,000. Sign on bonus of $150,000. Traditional Inpatient and Outpatient opportunity; Obstetrics is optional. Community call for Inpatient will be 1:7 (weekdays/weekends); weekday calls vary from 0-4 admissions and can include any potential nursing home calls during the day or after hours; weekend calls average 5-10 including any potential nursing home calls. Community call for Obstetrics will be 1:5 (weekdays/weekends). Physicians round on their own patients daily and patients they admitted who do not have a local physician. Flexible schedule offering a work/life balance. Family Physicians see approximately 18-22 patients per day. Picturesque community of 5,000 located in south-central Wisconsin, just 25 miles northeast of Madison, the state capital. The community offers both private and public golf courses, lighted tennis courts, the Columbus Area Aquatic Center as well as Christopher Columbus Museum and largest antique mall in the state with 440 booths Hiking, biking camping and canoeing are close by at Dodge County Park.
