Job Description:
These positions provide direct mental health services to
incarcerated individuals, including mental health screening, risk
assessments, record review, crisis intervention, and brief therapy.
All documentation is within the Cerner EMR. Work includes
collaboration with security staff, primary care providers and
psychiatrists to assist persons in our care to adjust to the
incarcerated environment, stabilize symptomatic mental health or
substance abuse issues and prepare for the next steps, whether that
be continued incarceration or release to the community.
Requirements
Masters Level therapist with LPC license
