CBRF CertifiedCurrently only hiring for 3p-11p shiftmust be able to work every other weekend and alternate holidaysAs a Resident Care Partner, you'll be more than just a caregiver you'll be a friend and family member to our residents. You'll provide direct care assistance, ensuring their comfort, safety, and happiness.What youll be doing:* Spread happiness through general housekeeping duties, keeping our residents' living spaces clean, safe, and tidy.* Plan and engage in leisure activities, fostering socialization and friendship among residents.* Team up with the Dining Services Department to assist with associated tasks* Provide assistance or reminders with activities of daily living, including grooming, oral hygiene, bath/shower, hair cleaning and brushing, and transferring to and from activities and meals, as needed.What youll bring to the table:* High school diploma (preferred) or equivalent certificate, with a competent history in a similar facility.* Valid First Aid Certifications may be required according to state regulations.* Based on state requirement - Possession of a Certified Nursing Assistant Certification, state certifications, and successful completion of examination and/or skills evaluation (as required).* Willingness to meet requirements for continuing education and maintain all necessary license(s).* Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and team members.What's in it for you:We believe in taking care of our associates, just like they take care of our residents.
