Job Description:
A company is looking for a Triage Nurse (RN).
Key Responsibilities:
Provide telephonic clinical assessment for home care visits
Serve as a clinical resource and liaison for patients and care
teams
Deliver culturally sensitive care via telecommunication devices
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor of Science Degree of Nursing
Minimum 3 years RN experience in critical care settings
Minimum 1 year of telephone triage experience
Active compact RN license and ability to obtain multistate
licensure
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
