Certification Details
AHA BLS, PALS, ACLS required.
Nursys License verification required.
Vaccines required: MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Varicella, Tdap.
TB screening and documentation required.
Fit Test required annually.

- EOW; EOH; 2 years of Emergency Room experience required.
- EPIC system experience required.
- May need to float within skill set or to sites within 40 miles if needed.
