Job Description:
Seeking reliable Charge Nurses (RN/LPN) for a Short-Term Rehab
and Skilled Nursing Facility in Plainfield, CT.
Part-time and full-time positions available with competitive pay
starting July 1st.
Provide compassionate care to geriatric patients, working under RN
Supervisor's guidance.
Responsibilities include recording medical histories, administering
medications and treatments, monitoring patient progress, and
documenting in charts.
Perform basic medical tasks such as injections, wound care, and
sample collection.
Oversee assigned staff, offer emotional support, and communicate
with families.
Require knowledge of MS Office, data entry, and PCC. Must be
compassionate, patient, and able to handle stress.
