Type: Staff Work Schedule: Full-time, 100% FTE, day shift. Monday
through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, no weekends
required. External hires may be eligible for up to a $3,000 sign-on
bonus. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the

seeking a LPN: - Join our team of dynamic sleep experts (nurses,
psychiatrists, neurologists, pulmonologists and advanced practice
providers) who care for adults and children with sleep disorders. -
Provide quality care in a compassionate and patient-family centered
environment. - Responsible for referrals, pre-visit management,
patient messages regarding sleep study results, refills, and PAP
therapy questions and adjustments. - Assist with rooming patients

Diploma or equivalent Required - Certificate from accredited
Practical Nurse Program Required Work Experience - 1 year of
experience as an LPN Preferred Licenses & Certifications -
Wisconsin Practical Nurse Licensure Required - CPR/BLS
