Community Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, located in Milwaukee, WI, is looking for a highly qualified, driven, and compassionate oral and maxillofacial surgeon. Community Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), founded in 2022, is a state-of-the-art facility located in a historic building in the most vibrant part of Milwaukee. It was the first clinic in the state of Wisconsin to acquire and use the innovative technology of robotic implant dentistry using Yomi. It remains the only clinic utilizing this technology in the greater Milwaukee area. Community, service and innovation are the core values of the practice. Community OMFS strives to build a strong sense of community and treat every employee and patient with respect, care and empathy. Community OMFS has been recognized “Best in Milwaukee” for the second consecutive year. We have established a reputation of individualized care among our patients and our peers and referrals. However, there is still tremendous potential for growth. Services provided in the clinic include dentoalveolar surgery including third molars, extractions, bone grafting, and dental implants. Other services provided by the clinic (through affiliations with local area hospitals) include orthognathic surgery, pathology, facial trauma secondary reconstruction, and some TMJ work. We are looking for a board certified (or board eligible) oral and maxillofacial surgeon who is looking to hit the ground running with a full schedule of clinical procedures and a full roster of exceptional referrals. The position is open for someone who is looking to take a leadership role and transition into becoming a partner in the practice. Milwaukee is a hidden gem in the Midwest with much to offer. There are excellent schools and colleges, hiking along the ice age trail, beautiful and well-kept parks, access to the shores of Lake Michigan, exceptional dining scene, top notch art museum, and many sport teams (Bucks, Brewers, Admirals) to watch and follow within a short driving distance from the clinic. Chicago, Greenbay and Madison are only 90 mins drive. The current owner/Surgeon Dr. Ruba Khader is excited to welcome a partner into the practice who can build this practice along with her.
