Facility Location The facility is located in Wisconsin. About the
Clinician's Workday This facility is seeking a Board-Certified
Internal Medicine physician with extensive outpatient clinic
experience. Patient population includes substance abuse, behavioral
health, endocrinology, and diabetes management. The facility uses
EPIC EMR. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
