and success. Here's what you can expect: Flexible Work Schedule &
Work-Life Balance Work 3 to 4 shifts/week with alternating
Saturdays off and Sundays off. Operational hours are Monday through
Saturday, 4:00 AM to 9:30 PM (closed Sundays). Shifts typically
last 10 to 12 hours, with occasional overtime. $38-$50/HR depending
on experience Comprehensive Training & Career Growth 9 to 12 weeks
of hemodialysis training to get you ready for success. Continuous

You’ll Do in Your Role Provide compassionate, patient-focused care
in our outpatient dialysis centers. Work with a team of dedicated
healthcare professionals in a collaborative environment. Support
patients through their dialysis treatments with empathy and care.
Be flexible with your schedule and potentially float to different
clinics or work various shifts. What We’re Looking For Current
Registered Nurse license Compassionate, patient-first mindset and
the ability to treat others the way you’d want to be treated.
Strong critical thinking skills to troubleshoot and make sound
decisions in fast-paced situations. Excellent communication skills
to engage with patients and teammates. An Associate’s Degree in
Nursing (A.D.N.) required; BSN or 3-year diploma also accepted. Not
