Aurora Health Care in affiliation with the UW School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a fellowship trained geriatrician interested in leading a multidisciplinary team to provide consults to hospitalists, specialists, and the primary care team to round on the med surge units with a geriatric practice model. Advocate Health is seeking a {Geriatrician} to join our physician-led medical group and serve its patients at Aurora Sinai in Milwaukee, WI.
