We are seeking a Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin. This opportunity begins on Feb 16, 2026, with 12-hour day or night shifts in a critical care and ICU setting. Candidates must be licensed in Wisconsin and be able to start as soon as credentialed, with temporary privileges available for clean backgrounds. Job Details - Location: Wisconsin - Start Date: Feb 16, 2026 - LOA: 120 days - Provider Type Needed: Critical Care Medicine Physician Assistant - Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am Responsibilities and Duties - Provide advanced clinical care in critical care and ICU settings - Assess, diagnose, and manage critically ill patients under physician supervision - Perform and assist in procedures relevant to critical care - Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Adhere to facility protocols and documentation requirements Additional Information - Wisconsin PA license required - NCCPA certification required - Board certification in Critical Care Medicine required - Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required - Locum tenens candidates must be able to secure credentialing (up to 90 days), with temporary/emergency privileges available for clean backgrounds Benefits - Strong compensation - Travel-related expenses covered - A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided - Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities What are Locum Tenens Jobs?
