We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our pioneering team. This role focuses on providing crucial medical assistance in emergency scenarios, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency in high-stress environments. Our ideal candidate is not only technically proficient in emergency medical services but also aligns with our innovative approach to enhancing healthcare communications. Respond to emergency calls promptly and efficiently to provide medical assistance. Perform medical services such as CPR, bleeding control, and other basic life support techniques. Assess patient condition and manage preliminary diagnostics in transit to healthcare facilities. Document medical interventions and patient data electronically using our proprietary software systems. Ensure all medical equipment are in working order and prepared for emergency scenarios. Participate in regular training sessions and simulations to improve response strategies and update medical knowledge. Collaborate with other emergency services personnel to create a seamless response system. Proficiency in basic and advanced life support techniques Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills Ability to work well under pressure and in stressful conditions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Technical aptitude to learn and adapt to new software tools effectively Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid EMT-Basic (EMT-B) certification CPR certification Driver's license with a clean driving record
