Registered Nurse (RN) | Transplant Location: Milwaukee, WI Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,494 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Transplant ICU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 3 years previous ICU experience required License: Current state Registered Nurse License or Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the Nurse Licensure Compact Certifications: - American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent - Advanced Cardiac Life Support for healthcare providers Must-Have: - Must pass Basic Rhythm Interpretation with 85% or higher (2 attempts allowed) - ACLS required Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in the delivery of care to a primarily adult population. Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to the area of employment is essential. Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice is required, normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing. Every other weekend and floating to other ICUs, step down units, or to acute care units, as needed within the location, are required. The unit consists of 20 beds. Candidates must ensure that their voicemail is set up and not full for potential interview communications.
