Job Description Family Medicine Physician (FP) Titan Placement

high-quality, community-based care. Salary and Benefits - Base
salary: $180,000 to $220,000 (dependent on experience) - Relocation
assistance: Up to $5,000 - 4-day 10 Hours Shift Work Week - CME: 1
week and $3,500 annually - 3 weeks paid vacation sick time
(accrued) - 10–11 paid holidays annually - Full benefits: Medical,
dental, vision - Malpractice Insurance - 403(b) retirement with 1:1
match up to $3,500 - DEA and license reimbursement - NHSC and State
Loan Repayment eligible Responsibilities - 4 Day 10 Hour Shift Work
Week - 36 Clinical Hours - 4 Admin Hours - Provide full-spectrum
family medicine services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric
patients - Manage chronic conditions, preventive care, acute
illnesses, and wellness exams - Collaborate with a supportive
interdisciplinary team of providers and nurses - Develop treatment
plans tailored to patient needs and ensure continuity of care -
Mentor and guide less experienced clinicians if desired
Requirements - Clear and active medical license (or eligibility) in
the state of Wisconsin - Board certification or board eligibility
in Family Medicine - Open to new graduates and seasoned physicians
