Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Extended Recovery Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3rd Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required License: Requires current state Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License from a participating state in the NLC. Certifications: American Heart Association Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider or an approved equivalent. Must-Have: - Clinical competence and experience in the care and management of target patient populations specific to area of employment. - Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice, normally acquired through completion of education at an accredited School of Nursing. Description: The Registered Nurse is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients in an inpatient environment. This individual demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. We are looking for strong nurses who can manage a mix of patient populations, including post-operative, observation, hospital inpatient, and possibly emergency department boarders. Experience with telemetry and post-operative surgical procedures is recommended.
