Dietitian Location: Milwaukee, WI 53222 Job Summary We are seeking
a compassionate and knowledgeable Registered Dietitian to join our
healthcare team in Milwaukee, WI. The ideal candidate will provide
expert nutritional guidance, develop personalized meal plans, and
support patients in achieving their health and wellness goals. Key
Responsibilities Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop
individualized nutrition care plans. Provide counseling and
education on diet, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle choices.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate nutrition
therapy into patient care plans. Monitor and evaluate patients'
progress and adjust nutrition plans as needed. Maintain accurate
and timely documentation of patient care and nutrition
interventions. Stay current with the latest research and
developments in dietetics and nutrition. Participate in community
outreach and nutrition education programs as required.
Qualifications Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian
Nutritionist (RDN) credential required. Bachelor's degree in
Dietetics, Nutrition, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Current licensure to practice as a dietitian in the state of
Wisconsin. Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and
clinical dietetics. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part
of a multidisciplinary team. Proficiency with electronic health
records (EHR) and nutrition analysis software is a plus. Work
Environment This position is based in Milwaukee, WI, and involves
working in a clinical healthcare setting. The role may require
occasional travel for community outreach or professional
