Malone Healthcare - Nursing is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Merril, Wisconsin. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/23/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel • Shift Requirements: Day/Noc Variables 12 hr shifts • Float Requirements: as needed to like units. • On Call/Call Back Requirements: Can be low censused and put on call. Call back minimum is 2 hours • Weekend/Holiday Requirements: Every other weekend and every other holiday • Required Certifications: WI RN License, BLS required, ACLS preferred • Minimum Experience: 2 years • Charting Experience: EPIC required • Unit Information MS Unit : days 0700-1930 4-5 nurse patient ratio, and 2300-0700 typically 1:6-8 nurse patient ratio. The major conditions/most frequent diagnoses treated: Adults - respiratory illnesses, stroke, other neurological conditions (such as seizure disorders, Multiple Sclerosis, chronic back pain), gastrointestinal illness, diabetic management, renal failure, urinary tract disorders, sepsis, wound care, clotting disorders, other infectious disease processes, and acute alcohol withdrawal.
