Practice Details Schedule: M-F Outpatient Only Midlevelswill travel to various SNFs/Assisted living in/around Stevens Point Geriatric work/Primary care/SNFs Mileage Reimbursement Full Ancillary Staff No Call, No weekends, No Nights Part Time or Full time option Experiencea plus Excellent group with great reputation Compensation and Benefits Salary: Competitive Additional incentive pay Full Benefits Package 1099 option 401k with annual contribution from employer Generous PTO Bank Annual CME allowance Community Excellent public and Private schools Low cost of living Within driving distance of Green Bay and Appleton, WI Requirements BC NP Primary Care/Geriatrics experience a plus Active or ability to attain WI med license
