A non-profit hospital system in northwest Indiana is adding Family Medicine physiciansto its team of primary care physicians. This established healthcare system is steadily expanding in virtually all physician service lines. Their physicians work well together and are eager to provide mentorship and support in developing physician practices. The group has needs in East Chicago, Munster, Hobart, and Valparaiso, IN. About the Opportunity: Work in a small-group setting. Monday-Friday work week. No weekends 36 clinical hours per week Average daily patient census 20-24 Shared call structure with several providers EPIC EMR Opening due to Growth Compensation/Benefits: Guaranteed base salary plus RVUs with a bonus structure based on productivity and quality Up to $25,000 in relocation assistance Robust benefits package including Medical, dental, vision, malpractice with tail, $6,000 per contract year for license, dues, CME Location/Community: Family-friendly locations, all within a 1-hour drive of Chicago.
