Permanent Full-Time Location: Munster, IN Service Setting:
Inpatient and Outpatient Schedule: Full-time schedule with shared
call rotation On-Call Expectations: 1:10 general call;
Interventional call 1:6 rotation Start Date: Negotiable;

Patient Demographics: Adult Average Daily Volume / Census: Varies
by inpatient/outpatient settings Admissions & Rounding: Included
Consults & Follow-Ups: Yes Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: Coronary
and peripheral interventions, general interventional cardiology
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Beds in Department/Unit: Part of a
3-hospital regional health system EMR System: Epic Specialty
Backup: Multispecialty support across cardiology and surgical lines
Support Staff: Nurse practitioner support in inpatient and
outpatient settings Leadership & Reporting Structure: Reports

growth and expansion CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements:
BC/BE in Interventional Cardiology DEA & Certifications: Active
DEA; BLS/ACLS required Credentialing Timeline: 90120 days

QUALIFICATIONS Board Status: Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Interventional Cardiology State License Required: Eligible for
Indiana medical license Certifications: ACLS and BLS required

(Epic); team-based, collegial practice approach DUTIES &
RESPONSIBILITIES Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology
services, including coronary and peripheral interventions Deliver
inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular care Participate in call
rotation (general 1:10; interventional 1:6) Collaborate with
multispecialty teams and APPs to deliver patient-centered care
Contribute to program growth within a rapidly expanding health
