Travel Shift requirements: No on-call or weekend Shift: M-F;
8am-4:30pm • Visits: 5 visits per day • Must Have: RN License for
WI • Wound Care Experience • Certified CPR/BLS • Valid DL Reliable
Vehicle Valid Car Insurance • Mileage Reimbursement: .53 cent per
mile • Counties: Fond Du LAC AND Dodge, Columbia counties • Home
Care Home Base-HCHB Highly Desired if they don't have this
