full-scope primary care services, including assessment, diagnosis,
treatment, and follow-up. Focus on preventative care, chronic
disease management, and geriatric care tailored to complex health
conditions. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to
develop comprehensive care plans. Participate in community health
initiatives tailored to seniors. Maintain accurate and detailed
medical records. Engage in continuous education and training to
enhance clinical knowledge and skills. Proficiency in electronic
medical record (EMR) systems Strong diagnostic and clinical
problem-solving skills Effective communication skills, both verbal
and written Ability to manage a high volume of patients with
diverse health conditions Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Board Certified or Board Eligible in
Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Valid state medical license
DEA certification
