Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A licensed Occupational Therapist is needed to provide full-time services during the school calendar year at two elementary and middle-grade school sites in the Naperville, IL area. This contract role offers the opportunity to work directly with students in general education, resource classrooms, and some self-contained special education settings, supporting developmental and sensory goals. Key Responsibilities: Deliver occupational therapy services primarily to elementary and middle school students Support general education, resource, and special education classrooms with tailored interventions Collaborate with educators and staff to develop and monitor individualized goals and progress notes Provide onsite therapy at two campuses, one site per day, with no travel during the school day Maintain documentation consistent with school guidelines and maintain communication with families Qualifications: Current active Illinois license as an Occupational Therapist Experience working with pediatric populations or in school-based settings Familiarity with sensory integration techniques and school-related therapy goals Ability to manage a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) aligned with the school day Strong communication and organizational skills for effective collaboration and documentation Location: Naperville, Illinois metro area, specifically two school sites requiring presence onsite each day.
