details. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment BLS
Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC Evaluating PT; 1 year
of experience May need to float to other facilities as needed
Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital Shift: Days Working
Days: Monday through Thursday Working Hours: 10 hour days Every 3rd
weekend required EOH; EPIC Location Highlights Oshkosh offers a
