Practice Highlights Enjoy a collegial, tight-knit team environment within a supportive community hospital setting in the western suburbs of Chicago Access to advanced technology, including the DaVinci Xi robotic platform and Epic EHR Join an established practice of 2 urologists and 1 APP supported by experienced clinical staff Practice in an office conveniently located on the hospital campus just steps away from the OR Typical schedule includes 14 clinic hours per week, OR time and inpatient consultations; favorable call schedule of 1:3 to 1:4, promoting work-life balance. Qualifications: MD or DO Completion of Urology Residency training. Rush offers competitive total compensation that includes base pay, benefits, and other incentive programs for our employees. The total pay range shown reflects the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, knowledge and skills; relevant experience and training; education, certifications, and licensure; primary work location; and other business and organizational factors. This total pay range is for a full-time, 1.0 FTE employee, and includes any incentive payments that may be applicable to this role. Opportunities for increased compensation based on exceeding productivity targets. Additional compensation may include sign-on and retention bonuses and relocation allowances. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
