Job Description Optum On-Site is seeking a Travel Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Waupaca and
Marinette, WI. As a member of the Optum Behavioral Care team,

the Optum Care Delivery team, you'll be an integral part of our
vision to make healthcare better for everyone. This role is
primarily on-site, covering providers while they're on PTO or
completing CEUs. Mileage reimbursement is provided based on state
requirements and if travel to a site assignment requires overnight
stay, hotel and car rental are provided. Schedules are thoughtfully
planned to reduce excessive travel and avoid regular back-and-forth
between Waupaca and Willamette. Clinic locations and hours for each
site are below. Waupaca Foundry: N2610 WI-22, Waupaca, WI 54981
Mon-Thurs: 7am-6pm & Friday: 7am-3pm Marinette Foundry: 3900 Hall
Ave, Marinette, WI 54143 Mon-Tues and Thurs-Fri: 7am-5pm Primary
Responsibilities: - Deliver the highest quality primary care
services including: - Wellness and Preventative Physical Exams -
Acute care of minor illness and injuries - Chronic Disease
Management and Longitudinal care - Minor procedures (suturing,
splinting, incision/drainage, etc.) - Lifestyle and well-being
counseling - Medical management of behavioral health conditions

Qualifications: - Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through
the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the
NCCPA - CPR certified - 2 years of experience working as a Nurse
Practitioner or Physician Assistant providing services in primary
care, family medicine, internal medicine, ambulatory, emergency or
urgent care setting Preferred Qualifications: - 2 years of clinical
experience in primary care or family medicine setting Explore

hourly pay for this role will range from $44.09 to $78.70 per hour
