registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience

be considered. An opportunity is available for a registered nurse
specializing in emergency care to support a healthcare facility in
the Milwaukee, WI area. This contract position is ideal for
experienced professionals ready to bring their expertise to a
dynamic emergency department setting. The role includes
possibilities for onsite work as well as floating to other
facilities within a 40-mile radius, depending on skill set and
departmental needs. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver high-quality
emergency nursing care in a fast-paced environment - Assess and
triage patients rapidly and accurately - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to implement effective treatment plans -
Utilize EPIC electronic medical records system efficiently -
Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and safety
standards - Adapt to floating responsibilities within the defined
geographic area when required Desired Qualifications: - Current RN
licensure with a focus on Emergency Room nursing - Minimum of three
years of travel nursing experience or over five years of experience
in a large emergency department without travel - Proficiency in
EPIC electronic health records system - Ability to work every other
weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) - Strong critical
thinking and decision-making skills in high-pressure situations
