Administrator/Nurse Manager Midwest Healthcare Providers, Inc is
seeking a dedicated Administrator/Nurse Manager to lead and oversee
our home health and hospice services in Skokie, IL. This role
requires a passionate and experienced professional who can ensure
high-quality patient care while managing operational and regulatory
compliance within our home health program. Responsibilities Manage
daily operations of the home health and hospice services to ensure
efficient and compliant delivery of care. Supervise nursing staff
and other clinical team members, providing guidance and support to
maintain high standards of patient care. Ensure compliance with
federal, state, and local regulations governing home health and
hospice agencies. Develop and implement policies and procedures to
promote quality improvement and patient safety. Coordinate with
interdisciplinary teams, patients, and families to optimize care
plans and patient outcomes. Oversee budgeting, staffing, and
resource management to meet organizational goals. Represent the
agency in community relations and partnership development efforts.
Requirements Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
Illinois. Proven experience in home health or hospice
administration or nurse management. Strong knowledge of home health
care regulations, Medicare/Medicaid compliance, and accreditation
standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational
skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary
team. Exceptional problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
