A little more about our center: The Terrace is a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it. NOTE: we are one of the only nursing homes in the area with specialized dementia programming. We have a busy Activities Department that keeps our residents engaged with low level sensory rooms, cognitive therapeutic games, regular entertainment and cooking classes. Job Description What you will do in this role: As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) you will be joining a team of nursing professionals dedicated to providing excellent clinical care. Some have been with us for a long time and can mentor others. You will help patients reach their clinical goals and work side by side with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team. Our DON is hands-on, eager to help out where needed and willing to train.
