Act quickly in case of emergencies Caregiver Requirements : A minimum of a high school diploma or GED. Be at least 18 years old. Must pass a caregiver background check. Ability to lift 25 lbs preferred. A driver's license preferred but not required. Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing. Must be compassionate, respectful, and have good interpersonal skills. Good time management.
