Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This
opportunity is for a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
working with elementary school students in Naperville, IL. The
position is contracted for the full semester, from January 5th
through May 29th, 2026, providing services 2.5 days per week. The
role focuses on delivering targeted speech and language therapy to
students in Pre-K through 5th grade. Responsibilities include:
Providing speech and language therapy to a caseload of
approximately 12 students with Individualized Education Programs
(IEPs) and 7 students receiving Response to Intervention (RTI)
services. Collaborating with elementary school staff to support
student communication needs. Conducting assessments, developing
treatment plans, and documenting progress in compliance with school
and state guidelines. Participating in IEP meetings and advocating
for student needs. Qualifications: Masters Degree in
Speech-Language Pathology. Valid Illinois State Licensure with
Professional Educator License (PEL) Endorsement for SLP. Strong
understanding of elementary school speech and language therapy
practices. Experience working with school-aged children in
educational settings is preferred. Effective communication and
collaboration skills. Location: Naperville, IL Elementary School
setting. This role offers a meaningful opportunity to impact young
