Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate utilizing computerized documentation systems. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Manage care of critical patients in accordance with facility policies. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician in an accurate and timely manner. Respond to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards and protocol. Participate in professional development and maintain professional licensure and certifications. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to further patient outcomes and boost patient satisfaction scores. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Proficiency in using healthcare software and systems Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
