Stevens Point, WI is seeking a SUPERVISOR THERAPY SERVICE S to join
our team! The Supervisor of Therapy Services provides leadership,
direction, and administration to all aspects of Rehab Services for
their respective area. This person plans, organizes, directs, and
evaluates all daily activities. This person will be recognized as
the key operational resource for the designated area of
accountability of Aspirus Rehab Services. This person assumes
leadership responsibility in the Director’s absen ce. HOURS :
Full-time or 1.0 FTE, 80 hours every pay period. Monday – Friday
day shift Experience/Qualifications Knowledge of therapy standards
and practices normally acquired through graduation from an
accredited program Three to five years of clinical experience
necessary to enhance and develop skills, with team
leading/supervisory experience beneficial Possesses good
communication skills, both verbally and in writing, including
ability to coach, enroll, counsel, and mentor Credentials: OT
LICENSE OR PT LICENSE OR SLP LICENSE Employee Benefits Full
