Job Description DirectShifts is seeking a highly skilled and
experienced General Surgeon to join our team in providing
exceptional surgical care to patients in the vibrant city of
Chicago, IL. Job Description: Evaluate, diagnose, and treat
patients requiring surgical intervention for a wide range of
conditions. Perform a variety of surgical procedures, including
open and minimally invasive surgeries. Manage pre- and
post-operative care, including patient education and follow-up.
Handle emergency surgical situations, including trauma surgery.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide
comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed medical
records. Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in surgical
techniques and technologies through ongoing professional
development. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in
General Surgery Valid medical license in Illinois State Extensive
experience in performing a variety of surgical procedures
Proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques Strong
clinical judgment and decision-making skills Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively
